Fly into Bilbao Airport
From there, Spain is your oyster. Haro happens to be quite accessible by bus/coach (to the Plaza Castañares de Rioja, 4 stop), train (via the Bilbao-Zaragoza-Barcelona line) or car (via AP-68 toll motorway or N-124 highway).
Getting around
Haro via taxi is very easy and not too expensive. As well, there’s a fairly extensive citywide bus system for those on a budget.
