Pitch in
The line between attendee and organizer is very thin, and sharing and pitching in, either through hard work or goods, is welcomed and encouraged.
Go your own way
Because of ticket challenges, most people come alone, so be prepared to make plenty of new friends.
Catch a movie
Take a break from all the dancing in the Cinema Hangar.
Bring your Wellies
The weather has a reputation for being notoriously wet, so be prepared for rain and get ready to embrace the mud.
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
Essentially in the middle of nowhere, is part of how Fusion pulls off its magic. Flying into Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) or Hamburg Airport (HAM) will be your best bet, followed by a train or bus the remainder of the way. You can rent a car, but it will cost you about 10 euros to store it at the lot (many services at the event are free, but private cars are “penalized” for their carbon footprint).
Couples can register together
You must register for tickets by filling out a ballot. Tickets are then offered to the winners of the first round. After this, there's a complex cycle of lotteries. Tickets are sold well in advance of the lineup announcement, which is kept secret until the very last minute. Most tickets are sold individually, though and waiting lists, meaning that it's practically impossible to attend if you haven't gone through the system. So don't just show up!
