Lodging
You can stay onsite or in Tisno. Apartments onsite (for two - three persons) are affordable if you split between friends. If you want something more Instagram-friendly, book a converted Airstream trailer, a luxury pre-prepared Indian Shikar tent or a moored yacht. Places are limited (there are only three yachts) so if you want to sleep close to the action, get a move on.
Getting There
The best, certainly the most fun, way to get from the festival site to Tisno (or to other towns you wish to further explore) is by taxi boat. If you prefer to travel over land, take the Tisno Party Train (essentially a toy train for adults) that runs from Tisno to the festival entrance throughout its duration.
Hit Tisno Town
Seven days is a long time to party; take one of the earlier nights to have a spin round Tisno and get a plate of delicious seafood. According to that powers-that-be, Konoba is the best in town though you'll be well looked after in any of the local tavernas.
Krka National Park
No visit to Love International is complete without a trip to Krka National Park. Just 40 minutes away from Tisno, you can go trekking, wildlife-spotting, walking round the Roman ruins of Burnum...or you can just splash and relax underneath the iconic Skradinski buk waterfall.
Look after yourself
Hell is hot, and so is Croatia in summer. Sunstroke sucks so stay well oiled with lots of sunscreen, and don't forget that keeping hydrated doesn't just mean drinking beer. Keep a bottle of water nearby at all times.
